The conversion kit allows you to transform your Convertible Crib (Model #15503) into a full size bed. This item consists of two side rails and two sets of slats which allow you to use the mattress directly onto the newly created platform without purchasing a box spring.
Made of 100% solid wood and finished with the same organic non-toxic finishes, your healthy and non-toxic nursery is now becoming big kid's room to be used for many years to come.
